key duties and
responsibilities:
1. providing general administrative
services to the vice president (administration);
2. assisting in liaising with various
departments and units, and receiving guests to vice president (administration)
office;
3. providing support to various
university-level committees or task forces, and assisting in building-up and
management of committee system;
4. assisting in arranging meetings and
other schedules, taking meeting minutes and managing all the relevant documents
systematically for record;
5. undertaking other tasks including
secretarial or project support assigned by the supervisor.
qualifications
and requirements:
1. a bachelor or a higher degree;
2. at least 3 year's working experience,
preferably gained in higher education or public institutions;
3. strong organizational capability and
adaptability, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
4. maintain strict confidentiality when
handling sensitive and confidential information;
5. good command of written and spoken
language skills both in english and chinese; proficiency in office software;
6. proactive, able to work multi-tasked
and independently, and as part of a team;
7. mature, meticulous and confident in
handling business with complexity.
salary and
benefits
salary will be competitive, commensurate
with qualifications and experience. appointments will be made under the
establishment of cuhk-sz and statutory benefits will be provided according to
the prevailing labor laws applicable in the prc. the appointee will be based at
the university campus in shenzhen, prc.
